Manoella Ribeiro & Thornapple Single Barrel "Cruzan"
Manoella reports:
Well...great news about
UKC!!!!! It was great practice. I think me and Cruzan are a real team now...
I got the right pace and he was absolutely phenomenal.......all judges had
something amazing things
to say about him. Cruzan only needs one more best of male to be a
CHAMPION!!!! He did AMAZING!!!!
Got best of puppy 3 out of 4 shows. Best male
in two shows and reserve male in third show
( the judge even called me to the side and said he had AMAZING potential but
she could
not give best male to a puppy!!!!!!!!!!) He was amazing......
And from Finland!
Ch Thornapple Hot Wheels "Jag"
takes Best of Breed over 31 entries!
Congratulations Gun Lake Kennel!

Engagement Announcement!
Ami Boxer & Jordan Romanelli make plans for a Summer 2006 wedding!
Hi All! It's Ami from Florida.... congrats on
everyone's wins! I am
just getting caught up with all of the news.
I have some news of my own (but its for once not aussie related)....
my birthday was last Thursday and Jordan surprised me with a trip to
my favorite place in the world! Boston...he had already taken care of
everything for work etc.... I was shocked... we went to my favorite
restaurant for dinner The Green Street Grill (which I highly
recommend to anyone heading to Boston)...
He then had me open another present, which turned out to be this
sculpture that I had been wanting for years...I was floored, he told
me that the artist lived in Boston so we would pick it up on
Saturday, meeting him in the park....
Anyhow long story short the Blizzard that we had not seen coming was
headed right for us and would be there by 5pm Saturday...so we went
to the park to dodge the blizzard and I thought to pick up my
sculpture!
Well we got to the "meeting" place, the duck pond and we were waiting,
and I was thinking where is this guy? It's cold and about to snow! As
I turned back around, Jordan proposed! I could not stop crying, right
when I said yes it started to snow =)....
So now I am ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

Below zero temps and 12" of snow greeted us!
Our Florida trip was WONDERFUL! We had a great time and our dogs did well!
