After making NO attempt to contact us for 20 days despite numerous emails asking to get us up and running,
Start Logic sent us the following email! 

Hi Ellen,
It has come to our attention that you are hosted on our old virtual servers which are no longer in production.
StartLogic will be migrating all clients from vhost virtuals to the VPS Logic plan. The new monthly rate is $29.95.
Our records indicate that you've prepaid for the entire year, therefore you're eligible for both upgrade options.
• $180 for the rest of your current term or,
• $359.40 for 1 year from the date of the upgrade.
Our billing department will charge your current credit card on file upon completion.
StartLogic is planning to migrate all customers from August 8-15, 2006.
If you have any questions, I will be your assigned account executive.
