I just received some exciting news as well. One of the red tri Ladew x Hailee
boys out in Washington State Northbay's What Would U Do For Me "Klondike" was WD
(I don't know if anything else) for a 5pt MAJOR ASCA, we are so excited for Keli DeSoto
(owner handler. This brings him to 9pts with 2 majors. He is also pointed AKC as well.

News from River Wind *** Thank you for the update & photos from Nationals, Karen!
Congrats on Bedford's High In Trial! & We are happy to hear you are on the mend!
My ankle is coming along & I go back to the doctor next Tuesday. I am hoping
that I will be out of this boot & into something else, like a shoe & hopefully
back to driving. I hate depending on people to take me everywhere.
Congratulations to all on the fantastic wins! Keep up the good work.

Michael & I are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Jayne & and her friend, Ros.
They arrive on Friday for a week. We can't wait. I finished all of my
baking yesterday. Key Lime Pie, Cheesecake & Walnut Fudge Brownies!
The only thing left to do is to make my bread dough tomorrow when I get
home from work. (Karen, you are making us hungry!)

We have a few brags of our own this weekend. Michael took Bedford to an
AHBA Trial, American Herding Breeds Association, herding trial yesterday.
He entered 2 classes, HTD1 & RD1, HTD1 is Herding Trial dog 1 (there are
three levels) and RD1 is Ranch Dog 1 (again there are 3 levels). Anyway in HTD1
he scored 88 out of 90 points, which put him in a 3 way tie for 2nd place.
Bedford got 3rd place. In RD1 he scored 72 out of 90 for a qualifying score.
The highlight was that Bedford was HIT -- High In Trial Aussie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are so proud of this young dog. Hopefully, there is a WTCH (working
trial champion) title in his future. Wouldn't that be something, Amy & Ellen!!!
Your 1st WITCH!!!! Also, Liam, who is Hope's Great Grandson went WD
yesterday in New Jersey for his first points! I called Jayne yesterday to
tell her that her boy won & she was very happy. She can't wait to see him!
